Cancellation Policy

By securing a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the session/event unless otherwise agreed. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. One reschedule may be permitted depending on availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking may result in the full session fee being charged. 3. Session Details Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time. Locations are either agreed upon in advance or chosen by the client with guidance if needed. 4. Image Delivery Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within the stated turnaround time. Only edited images are delivered. RAW/unedited files are not included. 5. Additional Images Packages include a set number of images unless otherwise stated. Additional images may be purchased separately. 6. Usage Images are for personal use unless otherwise agreed. Commercial use must be discussed and approved prior to the session. 7. Creative Style By booking, you acknowledge that you are familiar with my style and editing. Images will be edited at my discretion to reflect this style. 8. Liability While all care is taken, the photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond control (weather, venue restrictions, unforeseen events). In the unlikely event of equipment failure, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.
